Process flow diagram for technical upgrading in waste water and gas treatment of Shanghai Huiguang Fine Chemical Industry Company
Technical upgrading in waste water treatment: The project adds the Accele-tech’s multiphase catalytic reactor unit besides the original process units to enrich the pollution in gas into the water phase, and the waste gas treatment can be converted to waste water treatment. Additionally, biological deodorization filter is equipped to eliminate the odour and ensure that emission standard can be achieved.
Technical upgrading in gas treatment: Using Accele-tech’s unique salt-tolerant bacteria to treat saline wastewater, the proposed plan well solves the bottleneck for saline wastewater biochemical treatment problem. Accele-tech’s multiphase catalytic reactor is the core equipment for pretreatment unit and Accele-tech’s advanced integral treatment , which increases the resist impact load for biochemical system and make the long-term treatment goal can be achieved.
